MyProfile released in version 2.3
Now the 2.3 version of myprofile was released. several bugs are fixed now and also some new features are included now.
advMailer 2.0.0 released
These days advMailer was released in Version 2.0.0. advmailer is a tool that automatically links into the Mailer module after it was installed and allows you to create and use email templates for outgoing html and text mails and introduces mail queue functionallity, time-based mail sending and offers some more features for you.
The module now is fully compatible to Zikula 1.2.x. It was fully converted to gettext ad several bugs were fixed.
Communicator 1.0.1 released
Download via zikual extDB. new features: - bbcode and bbsmile support - optical and API improvements - several bugs fixed.
Communicator 1.0.0 released
Today Communicator - the new messaging system for your zikula site - has been release. Verion 1.0.0 is now ready to be downloaded. Thanks to all testers, bug reporters and feature request adders that tested the preview-versions. Communicator is now ready to be used at any zikula site.
Communicator Vorab-Version veröffentlicht
Heute wurde eine Vorabversion (0.9.0) des Moduls Communicator veröffentlicht. Communicator ist ein Messaging-Modul, welches die Kommunikation zwischen den Benutzern einer Zikula-Communita noch einfacher machen soll. Feature-Requests sind ebenso wie Bugmeldungen willkommen, damit danach eine stabile für Produktivumgebung geeignete 1.0.0 erscheinen kann.
lobby 1.2 released: new license for the module included!
The social networking module "lobby" has now been released in version 1.2 Some bugs got fixed and some feature requests are included in this release. But there is something else special for this release: The license type has changed. Everybody can now use lobby for free. But take care: only minor changes for the templates are allowed. Copyright messages etc. must not be changed and software code must not be reused in other components. Having a license will have more advantages: You get free email support by the module developer and you can modify the code as you need it. More information about the module can be read after a click at the link "lobby" at the menu on the left side.
ifs-net has moved software information pages to zksoft.de
ifs-net is no longer providing software downloads and information for developers at ifs-net.de. The domain was changed to zksoft.de with the target group zikula developers and users. ifs-net is now only a information page about our software development business. Due to this changes our update service url will also change. This url is hard-coded in all modules so module updates will be available soon.
mailing list with news from ifs-net now available

advMailer - the advanced zikula mailing system
There is not much time elapsed since the last article about planned improvements for the zikula mailing system and now there are some news for you. The things did not go the way I wanted to have them first and so the improvements were not implanted into the zikula Mailer module and directly into the zikula core but the solution the core developers of zikula and myself found is also very good for you: The planned Mailer improvements are now available as a new module and can easily be installed and used. The best thing is: the advanced Mailer module is automatically integrated into the Mailer module with zikula 1.2.0 - no modification is needed. If you want to use the module with another older or the actual zikula version 1.1.2 this is also easily possible. There just have to be added some lines of code to a function in the Mailer module.
Development for Mailer 2.0 and mailz - an advanced newsletter and mailing tool
At the moment ifs-net.de develops new zikula software that can be used for flexible mailings and newsletters. Two modules are under construction at the moment: mailz (module for flexible mailings and newsletters) and Mailer 2.0 (development of the zikula core module). This article was written for other developers and interested persons in zikula software development to introduce them into the new modules and functions. This article is also a call for other module developers to create and provide own plugins for mailz to have multiple plugins for our users when this free software will be release in the initial first version.
