MyProfile released in version 2.3

Now the 2.3 version of myprofile was released. several bugs are fixed now and also some new features are included now.
The changelog:
#134 pnModLangLoad is deprecated.
#137 remove german translation from svn
#140 forgotten debug information (prayer) in map function
#141 add edit link for userpicture templates integrated in profile page
#142 function call of only "display" function should show own profile
#143 explain mymap usage
#144 add "edit profile" link to own profile page
#145 send message link in profile requires fqurl
#147 map function has to respect public status of coordinate field. username has to be anonymized
#148 dropdown / lists do not handle public status correctly
#149 date field not handled correctly
#151 make wildcat search possible with parameter via URL
#152 allow custom search behaviour
#146 infobox in profile should only be visible to registered users (last login etc.)
#150 last login stored incorrectly
